While we may terrify ourselves with the idea of visiting these places, there is a small part of us that always wants to know if the ghost story is true or not.

Fernhill Hotel, Ooty
The recurrence of ghostly happenings caused this hotel to close. Visitors have admitted that unexplained events occurred, especially when an entire floor disappeared.
The Lambi Dehar Mines, Mussoorie
The mines were closed after half a million workers died from coughing blood due to improper mining conditions. Locals believe that the place has turned into a home for a witch who roams the hills at night and claimed a lot of life.
Towers of Silence, Mumbai
Parsi cemeteries are known for their open pit of death. This cemetery near Malabar Hills is home to various paranormal activities due to the spectral powers emanating from this cemetery.
Malcha Mahal, New Delhi
The palace is located in the forest area behind Buddha Garden. Forest officers or local residents, all keep a reasonable distance and think twice before entering the area.
